I like BLACKPINK Jisoo for many reasons. First, I like her voice tone very much; both while singing and speaking. Her Korean is sweet, and her English accent is adorable. Second, she is easy-going, humorous and always makes her bandmates and us smile. Third, her visual features are really distinctive. Take a look at the photo below, she is depicting an ideal physique. She is like a sculpture!

One of the visual features of Jisoo that distinguishes her is that she has seriously good abdominal muscles . In the photo above, her waist area looks very neat and toned. That makes a critical contribution to the overall body proportion. One cannot help but ask himself what she has done to achieve that and how she manages to keep her fat ratio so low. From the photos below, we see that those chiseled abs popping up in every single picture.

The abdominal muscle structure in the form of a vertical line from the middle is called “ab crack” and this is a very favored musclular structure in the fitness world. Jisoo has a really deep and defined “ ab crack “! Indeed, she is representing no less than outstanding example of an ab-crack.

So what did Jisoo do to have these exceptional abdominal muscles? As far as we know, the main sport of Jisoo is her routine dance activities as an idol. Two years ago, we read about her doing flying yoga with Jennie, but we don’t know if she still continues to do that. We know that she did boxing and pilates for a while, but we also do not know exactly if she is keeping up with them routinely. She has also expressed that she does not like training much.

What kind of diet does she eat to have this low fat ratio? She just eats in small portions. As far as we know, she eats three main meals and one knack in the afternoon, which is something like a single fruit. However, we know that she is trying to limit the amount of calories by eating small meals and this is a solid weight control tactic also employed by her bandmate Jennie.

Although she looks very fit, she actually thinks that she has a body type suitable for gaining weight. So, that fact makes her level of fitness even a bigger achievement! It’s impossible not to admire Jisoo.
