What Rosé’s solo trailer makes you think

What Rosé’s solo trailer makes you think

Trailer of BLACKPINK Rosé’s first solo work has been released. As soon as you hear the emotional, melancholic pop-rock / indie tones, you get in the mood.

Seeing the bathtub with ink flowing from the edges and hearing the strings underneath, we visualize it for a moment just before or after the Lovesick Girls.

All my love is gone

All my love is gone

Now you are dead and gone (for me)

Rosé sings the lines above really nice. An absolutely gorgeous vocalist with a unique tone and interpretation. In the trailer, these lines are voiced with an acoustic background.  I wonder how will it sound when she sings these lines in higher notes and with instruments and beats at the background. It’s impossible not to get excited.

It is as if the BLACKPINK’s solo works will be in a style that complements the Lovesick Girls concept and even opens it up. These connections are not the first we have witnessed ever. Perhaps it caught your attention, on the door of the car that appeared at the beginning of the MV of Jennie’s solo track “Solo” two years ago it was some inscriptions (we could read: Not a distant memory); the car in Lovesick Girls MV had also inscriptions on it.

Let’s come to another main issue. How do you like Rosé looks in the clip? How impressive are those looks, especially with the slight gaping of her lips? Singer, model, icon and actress. All of the BLACKPINK members have this in their paste (Rosé plays an instrument on top of it!).

In line with Rosé’s name, there are many references to roses in the trailer. While the rose burning in flames symbolizes the pain that Rosé suffered, at another scene the rose symbolizes renunciation in the scene where she throws the rose from her hand. Are you giving up on yourself, girl? Oh, don’t huh, it’s not worth it, my rose!

In the last scene of the trailer, the place, which we previously watched in a very dark ambiance, is seen in a very spacious his time. Dozens of roses scattered in the room also support this positive atmosphere. How beautiful.
