Red Velvet Seulgi had a very strict diet during her internship. Before their debut, Seulgi’s agency, SM Entertainment, asked them to go on a diet. Seulgi’s diet was a challenge for him.

Seulgi drank lots of soy milk all day long. When she felt very hungry, she would drink some soy milk and try to resist her hunger. She was able to lose 2 kg at the end of the diet. Excessive diets can be dangerous, healthy diets that extend over a long time should be preferred.

Seulgi follows a planned exercise program in addition to the diet to maintain her proper physique. Seulgi does pilates. She also likes to dance. Seulgi’s well-toned physique allows her to carry every outfit in the best possible way.

If you want to have a physique like Seulgi, we have an exercise suggestion for you. You train five days a week in this routine consisting of cardio and pilates. Two days of walking, one day of rest and two days of pilates / yoga.

You can dance for an hour if you wish for cardio. Alternatively, walking at least 10,000 steps and running as much as you can. On other days you can do pilates or yoga. Both sports have a similar structure and tighten your inner and outer body.

Seulgi actually loves to eat. He manages to stay fit and fit with the exercises he does on certain days of the week.
