Jungkook’s new house, worth $7 million & bought in January 2021, is located in the Itaewon neighborhood, five minutes from “NINE ONE Hannam”, where RM and Jimin bought their new houses today. (By the way, BTS’ shared dormitory is also next to NINE ONE Hannam). As a group, they are officially monopolizing the neighborhood! It’s such a neighborhood that has been described as “Korea’s Beverly Hills”. Haha, good job boys!
Jungkook’s new home is in the diplomat-inhabited part of Itaewon district. His house is even adjacent to the Indian Embassy! Jungkook’s house is also a two-storey house built in 1976, with a floor area of 231 square meters, located within a 637 square meter garden area. It has an indoor area of over 400 square meters in total. In other words, it is a building suitable for being a “representative office” building.
