PENTAGON‘s Kino and ASTRO‘s JinJin participated int he last episode of UNBOXING. JinJin asked Kino if he was closer to him or to ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo . Of course, Kino did not expect such a question.
For those who don’t know, Kino and Eunwoo are two close childhood friends since they went to the same school. During the podcast, Kino said “I think I should have known Eunwoo before I knew you. After the 3rd term, we would go to the company early and go home together.
Although many listeners knew the history of Kino and Eunwoo’s friendship, most people did not know about Kino and JinJin’s friendship. It turns out via the podcast that both of them have been friends since childhood. Kino and Jinjin shared that they went to middle and high school together and to the same dance academy! Since he is very good friends with both JinJin and Eunwoo, he was a bit embarrassed by JinJin’s question. JinJin: “Be honest! I can tell you are closer to Cha Eunwoo than JinJin “
Kino laughed and replied “Isn’t that too much?” . Not wanting to hurt both of his beloved friends, Kino “I think about how to say this … cleverly.” JinJin insists Kino choose one of the “Yes or No” When he did, Kino wisely said that I would choose “or” . But in the end, he responded with “No” .

I can’t just say I’m closer to someone because I’m close to both of them in different ways. I was closer with Eunwoo in 2018, 19 and 20. In 2016, 17 and 21… No, I was closer to JinJin in 2015, 16, 17 and 21… Unexpectedly, I’m thinking about serious issues with Eunwoo. When I had a hard time, he would come to my company to talk to me after he finished shooting the drama. Or I would go to his homeland… I think we share a more vivid energy with JinJin.
