BTS RM is known for his esteem for art and artists. We can also regard him as a photography artist as he regularly shares his photos with us on BTS’s Twitter address @BTS_twt. RM has a unique photography style. In his posts, RM concentrates on a few specific concepts that forms his propriety perspective into the art of photography.
In this special article, we will discuss with examples that there are three fundamental composition types that stand out in RM‘s posts. In other words, we will classify the photos shared by RM into three main groups. RM shares two or more photos at a time and usually includes at least two of the three different composition types in his posts. RM also adds short, emotional and sometimes mystic notes to these photos so that the artistic dimension of the photos stands out even more!
What are the three types of composition that make up RM’s photography art style? The first is the photos with urban plots that RM positions the city view behind him in the photo. RM perfectly blends the wide-view city panoramas with the photos that reflect the congestion between buildings within city very well. BTS does always excel in reflecting such duality concepts, and so does RM. The second is the nature panoramas in which RM positions himself within the scenery. Thus, in a sense, RM also reflects perfectly the duality between natural compositions and urban compositions very well. Third composition category constitute the photos RM took in front of the wall, which always look very aesthetic for my taste. Perhaps the hallmark of RM is these in front of the wall photographs. We can also divide these wall-concept photographs into two: The photos that RM took by locating the wall behind him, and the photos where we see RM’s back while he is looking at the wall. Another distinction can be made as follows: He has photos in front of a plain wall and he also has photos that he took in front of a wall full of artworks.
