What Is BTS Jimin and Jungkook’s Secret For Abs?

One of the former trainees of Big Hit Entertainment , Jihoon was trained together with BTS members during their trainee time. Also known as Brightoon , Jihoon shared some of his warm and sincere memories of BTS members on his own Brightoon TV YouTube channel.

Among the memories Jihoon recounted, one has inevitably caught our attention: Jimin advised him how to have abs .

While Jimin and Jihoon were walking through the park one night, Jimin suddenly started to talking about his abdominal muscles. Jihoon could not help but ask himself how did he build those spectacular muscles.

We learn that Jimin said to him that his secret to abdominal muscles was the “plank” exercise. He suggested that this is the exercise that works the most, probably there is not much need for anything else. After this conversation, they competed doing a plank to see who would last longer; and they were covered in sweat!

When the words BTS and workout are combined, Jungkook immediately comes to mind naturally. Jungkook’s abdominal muscles are also magnificent with their unmatched aesthetic appearance!

If we take a deep breath and return to our topic, the Plank movement is also a favorite movement of Jungkook. Below Jungkook is showing BTS how to execute the plank move. Jimin also performs his plank right next to him in a very concentrated manner. However,  V and Jin seem not to not get into the mood yet :) No pain, no gain!

Jungkook forces himself with his eyes closed. If you are not accustomed to plank, it is better you you do not forrce yourself too much from the first day. For example, starting with 30 seconds, one set every day, the second week it can be increased to 35 seconds, the third week to 40 seconds. If you want, you can make more than one set each day. For example, wait 30 seconds in plank position, then rest for 1 minute, then plank for another 30 seconds … In this way, it is quite possible to make serious progress in a few months and get the diamond shaped abs.
