The first day of the 35th Golden Disc Awards, held on January 9-10, 2021 without an audience, witnessed brilliant performances. On the first day of the award ceremony, the “Digital Song” winners take stage, and on the second day, the “Physical Album” winners take stage.
As a criterion in the Golden Disc award list, songs and albums released from November 2019 to November 2020 were considered. The referees of the event’s management committee and additional 50 music industry experts determine the rating by 40% and sales figures by 60%.
The first day of the award ceremony Park Ji Chan , The Boyz , LOONA , ITZY , Changmo, Oh My Girl , Lim Young Woong , MONSTA X , Christmas , Jessi, Lee Seung Gi , NU’EST, IU, Hwa Sa and MAMAMOO performed.
